This Shipping Policy applies to all products sold under the LIVAROCKS brand.

1. Shipping Area
LIVAROCKS offers Canada-wide shipping to residential and commercial addresses within Canada. At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

2. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the product page. No additional shipping charges apply at checkout for standard delivery within Canada.

3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within a few business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, or operational requirements.

4. Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather conditions. However, we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking once your order ships.

5. Carriers
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers selected by LIVAROCKS at its discretion. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.

6. Risk of Loss and Title
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. LIVAROCKS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after carrier pickup.

7. Delivery Issues and Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify support@livarex.ca within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. LIVAROCKS is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, additional shipping or handling fees may apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
