What is LIVAROCKS?
LIVAROCKS is a Canadian brand specializing in raised cedar planters designed for outdoor use. The brand is operated by Livarex Inc.

What are your planters made of?
All LIVAROCKS planters are made from Western Red Cedar with stainless steel hardware and powder-coated steel legs.

What is the difference between CORE and PRIME series?
Both CORE and PRIME planters are made from Western Red Cedar and share the same overall construction, hardware, and durability standards.

The difference is in wood surface selection and visual finish:

CORE series may include boards with natural characteristics such as knots, minor surface imperfections, small chips, or cosmetic defects. These do not affect structural integrity or outdoor performance and are considered normal for natural wood products.

PRIME series uses boards with a more refined surface appearance, featuring fewer knots and minimal visual imperfections for a cleaner, more uniform look.

Natural variations in wood are expected in both series.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free Canada-wide shipping on all planter orders unless stated otherwise.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I return my planter?

Do your planters come with a warranty?

Are the planters suitable for Canadian winters?
Yes. LIVAROCKS planters are designed for year-round outdoor use in Canadian climates. Normal weathering and natural aging of wood are expected.
