Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold under the LIVAROCKS brand.
General Sales Policy
All planters sold under the LIVAROCKS brand are handcrafted, assembled, and prepared for outdoor use. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final, except as expressly outlined in this policy.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pickup. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. The product must not have been exposed to soil, moisture, or outdoor conditions. The item must not be custom-made or made to order.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Authorization Process
To request a return, customers must contact LIVAROCKS and provide the order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos of the product if requested. Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and transportation costs. Original delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. LIVAROCKS is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a $20 CAD restocking fee, which covers inspection, handling, and reconditioning costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees, delivery charges, and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must notify LIVAROCKS within 24 hours of delivery. Photos and additional information may be required to assess the issue. Eligible cases will be handled strictly in accordance with the LIVAROCKS Warranty Policy.
